Homeless Services
Wesley Mission provides a wide range of services for the homeless and for those at risk of becoming homeless. More than 600 people are cared for and accommodated each day through safe and secure, short to medium-term accommodation and support services to individuals, families, the elderly and young people.
Case Management
When a person slides into homelessness, almost every other problem in their life worsens: substance abuse, mental illness, relationship breakdown or problems with the law. Wesley Mission provides case management for its clients to help them break the cycle of homelessness and obtain and sustain secure housing.
