Case management

Through case management, Wesley Mission offers an additional level of support to clients of Edward Eagar Lodge who want to exit the cycle of homelessness. We provide support services while staying at the lodge, supported pathways out of homelessness, and then support to sustain housing and improve wellbeing. 

Case management is not compulsory and it is not necessarily linked to staying in our accommodation. In other words, it is possible to move from our accommodation but continue to receive case management support. And it is also possible to seek case management support but have no relationship with our accommodation services at all. The case management team is located in the inner-West and is a mobile service accessible during office hours.
