  • Q. How do I pay for my computer?
    A. Payment can be made by direct deposit, credit card, cash, cheque &/or money order made out to Wesley E-Recycling.

  • Q. When do I pay for my computer?
    A. Payment must be received before we can deliver your computer. Payment on pickup is accepted. If you are paying by direct deposit, cheque or money order, the funds must be cleared prior to the computer being picked up or delivered.

  • Q. What are the options for pick up or delivery?
    A. We currently deliver within the Sydney Metro (Free delivery), outer Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong areas. Please contact us to discuss delivery costs to your area. Computers can also be collected from our warehouse in Rydalmere. We will contact you and let you know when your computer is ready for collection.  If you reside outside of the above delivery areas please contact us to discuss delivery options.
     
  • Q. Do I need to supply a copy of my Centrelink health care or pension card?
    A. Yes, this is so we can install the software on the computers free of charge.  If you are not receiving a Centrelink allowance software is an additional $30 for Windows 2000 and $50 for Windows XP.

  • Q. Are the computers Internet ready?
    A. All computer packages come with an internal dial-up modem or network card and are internet ready. You will need to organise an account with an internet service provider so you can access the internet.  
     
  • Q. What software is included with the computer packages?
    A. We provide Microsoft Windows software, which is free of charge for health care card holders and registered non-profit organisations.  Please refer to our computer packages which outlines the software provided.

  • Q. Does the computer come with a warranty?
    A. Yes, the computer comes with a 3 month back to base warranty. You will be supplied with a copy of the warranty when you receive your computer.

  • Q. Do you provide technical support?
    A. Yes, however technical support is only provided for issues covered by our warranty and only during the life of the warranty.  We do not provide technical support for internet problems, if you are having issues connecting to the internet you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider to resolve these.

  • Q. Do you provide computer training?
  • A. No, we are unable to provide over the phone guidance, instructions or training on how to use your computer.  We would recommend the many how to &/or step by step computer guides available from book stores or attending a computer course.
