Warranty
Terms and Conditions
All computer packages come with a 3 month (from date of receipt) back-to-base warranty which covers HARDWARE ONLY against faulty components and assembly.
Any costs for the delivery and collection of computers for warranty repairs to Wesley’s E-Recycling base are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The 3 month back-to-base warranty does NOT cover the following:
- 1. Breakage of computer caused from dropping, spilt liquids, malicious damage or general misuse.
- 2. Any circumstances where the computer has been opened and/or the security seal on the computer is broken, tampered with and/or removed.
- 3. Damage caused by software, viruses, other programs, failure to backup data.
- 4. Damage caused by transportation.
- 5. Damage caused by natural disasters including: fire, flood, electrical storm, power surges.
- 6. Damage caused by other peripherals not supplied by Wesley E-Recycling.
- 7. Damage caused by foreign objects, improper maintenance.
- 8. Incompatibility with additional software installed by purchaser.
- 9. Internet connection issues unless related to hardware supplied by Wesley E-Recycling.
