Rise & Shine is starting a new series where we look at the question of faith and women. To begin this series, Rev Keith Garner talks with Jenny Baxter, Editor of ‘Christian Woman’. She has used her varied creative talents in writing, presenting, producing on radio, television and print, to further God’s work.

This Sunday as we continue on our Series on Women and Faith, we meet Pat Rich, Christian author, foster carer and grandmother. Amidst a full life, with eight children of her own, Pat took on the responsibility of caring for a cotton wool baby, Lou. Lou in turn, gave the family the wonderful miracle of love.

Rise & Shine continues on the series of Faith and Women. Keith Garner talks to Sarah McMahon, a psychologist with the Eating Disorders Foundation. Once being a survivor of the illness herself, Sarah articulates the dangerous and destructive nature of eating disorders and gives us much needed insight into how recovery is possible, with faith in God to guide and support you. Wesley Mission has helped many people to recover from eating disorders.
