Women's Ministries
Welcome to the gateway of Wesley Mission’s Women’s Ministries.
You will find events, support groups and fellowship activities open to women from all backgrounds.
Women4Women
"I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10
Women4Women, a ministry for women, offers opportunities of growth, healing and fellowship.
Our goal is to equip women with life changing direction and wholeness.
Our dream is to enable every woman to live their life to their fullest through hope in God.
How do we do this?
- We offer a recovery program for women who have suffered the trauma of sexual abuse.
- We provide opportunities for socialising and fellowship in a supportive environment.
- We run dedicated programs to engage in God’s Word through women only Bible study groups.
Door of Hope Program
“I was astounded that a course could and did provide so much relief, understanding and insight to not only my past, but where I am going and how I am going to get there!”
Door of Hope is an inspirational program for women, which aids women in their recovery from the devastation of sexual abuse.
The ten week course will enable participants to develop new strategies for living and find healing from the struggles of life.
The issues explored include powerlessness and empowerment, aspects of shame and guilt, being loved and restoration of trust and how to build positive relationships.
The course will commence on 17 February 2010 at St. Mary's.
To register your interest or to find out more contact Chaplain Aileen Biegalke on 9263 5491.
