These High Care Facilities offer you loving nursing care and support, and all have achieved Aged Care Accreditation.
Wesley Nursing Home facilities provide all your meals, as well as personal needs such as showering, dressing and laundry.
We encourage everyone to take part in many and varied activities - video nights, carpet bowls, sing-a-longs, gentle exercise programs, current affairs, craft, shopping trips, picnics, and outings.
Some of our Assisted Care facilities can also provide High Care.
These High Care Facilities offer you loving nursing care and support, and all have achieved Aged Care Accreditation.
Respite accommodation is available at all of our Assisted and High Care Facilities.
