In Australia,
100,000 people will have no place to call home tonight. Almost half of them are under 25.
Wesley Mission provides:

- employment assistance
- life skills training
- drug and alcohol rehabilitation
In 2008, Wesley Mission provided accommodation for more than 1000 homeless people, and helped more than 80 families find somewhere to live.
A child is abused or neglected every 13 minutes. One in three families is affected by domestic violence.
Wesley Mission keeps children safe, happy and healthy by supporting families experiencing:
- relationship breakdown

- social isolation and financial stress
In 2008 Wesley Mission cared for more than 170 foster children, supported 1606 youths at risk and assisted more than 3,300 struggling families.
Every day 150 people attempt suicide. Five of them succeed. That means more people take their own lives than there are deaths on our roads.

- overcome gambling and financial problems
- manage crisis with access to 24-hour telephone counselling
