Wesley Scrapbooking Competition

Welcome to Wesley Mission’s inaugural scrapbooking competition being held in conjunction with Wesley Fair, 8th October, 2009.

Whatever your age or skill, if you are an amateur we look forward to receiving your entry. Entries must be submitted between 2 pm on Wednesday 7th October and 11 am on Thursday 8th October to the ‘Entry Desk’ 220 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Who can enter?

There are 2 age groups: under 18 and 18 and over.

What’s to scrapbook?

For each age group there are 3 options as follows:

Under 18:

Holidays Theme page
Sports Theme page
A gift card – any theme

18 and above:

Babies Theme Page
Celebrations Theme Page
A gift card – any theme

So, show us your skill with layout, colour, creative compilation, difficulty involved, images chosen, impact, journaling, passion ie. detail, effort, time, dedication.

What are the rules?

Be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully so you know the size of entry to submit, how and when to submit, when the winners will be announced (2 pm, Thursday 8th October, 220 Pitt Street, Sydney – during Wesley Fair). Entries must be collected after 3.00 pm on the 8th October.

What are the prizes

Some great prizes have kindly been provided by Creative Memories (albums and other scrapbooking resources) along with a 6 month subscription to ‘Scrapbooking Memories’ magazine.

What is the cost?

Entry costs are $5 each or $10 for 3 entries. Money raised will help support our homeless work.

Who’s the judge?

The judging panel are all experts in the field of scrapbooking, many being Creative Memories consultants.

Where will my entry be displayed?

Please come and visit a display of all scrapbooking entries (paper mounted layouts presented in a plastic sleeve) during Wesley Fair, Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Sydney from 8th October. Our website will also host images of the winning entries.

How do I enter?

Entries must be brought to 220 Pitt Street from 2 pm on 7th October to 11 am 8th October. An entry form needs to be completed and will be available at the time. Entries must be accompanied by payment in cash (preferably), cheque or credit card.
