Wesley Markets provide clothing, furniture and other goods to people who are less fortunate.

Wesley Markets provide those less fortunate with an opportunity to choose clothing, furniture and household items at an affordable price, and help fund caring community work.

Wesley Markets Newcastle runs two retail locations, a shop at Wallsend and a main warehouse at Islington.

The aim of this area of our work is two-fold; (1) provide those less fortunate with an opportunity to purchase clothing, furniture and household items at an affordable price, and (2) generate surplus funds to help support other areas of community support.

In contrast to other charity groups, Wesley Markets Newcastle is working to maintain the traditional Op-Shop - with a touch of professionalism.

Our Wesley Markets are run by a single paid member of staff and a significant team of volunteers.

We acquire all stock through donations from the public. If you are in the Newcastle area or Hunter region, please call the warehouse to organise a pickup:
