David Morgan Enterprises supports budding artist

15 June 2009

Daniel Kim, a gifted artist with autism and working for David Morgan Enterprises (DME), is due to hold an art exhibition at the Margot Hardy Gallery at the University of Western Sydney.

Ruth Carter, Employment Support Coordinator of Wesley Disability Services says: “Daniel is a lovely young man - always smiling, a willing worker and loves painting.”

While attending Rowland Hassall Special School, Daniel started painting. The teachers soon realised he was talented, and at the end of Year 12, encouraged Daniel to continue with his art. Following Year 12, he enrolled in studies at Hornsby TAFE College and took art therapy classes.

While at school, Daniel did some work experience for DME and in 2008, started working for Wesley Business Enterprises while continuing his studies and art classes.
