COMPULSIVE gamblers who have blacklisted themselves from The Star are still rolling the dice on the casino floor.

Now counsellors and MPs are calling for changes in self-exclusion programs, arguing current methods aren't preventing those addicted to gambling from gaining entry.

The Sunday Telegraph discovered a number of people had returned "numerous times" after placing themselves on a banning list.
