Community Services
Wesley Mission Community Services is deeply committed to working with individuals facing challenges, and their communities, to improve their chances for an independent, healthy life.
We are privileged to touch many lives each year. While the numbers are large, the focus is always on the individual circumstances of the people we serve. It is not about how many beds we provide each night, how many jobs are accessed, or how many children we care for, but rather how we work with the person and their family unit to address the issues of hurt and need and move them towards greater health, independence and long term solutions.
The services we provide include Wesley Dalmar Family, Youth & Child Services; Wesley Homeless Persons Services, Wesley Uniting Employment and Wesley Newcastle City Mission.
Our most precious resource is our people who continue to work tirelessly to provide quality services and support, love and commitment to our clients.
This coming year we continue to look for ways in which we can harness the diversity of our services, from both within Community Services and from within the whole of Wesley Mission, to provide a range of services that can meet the multi faceted needs of our clients.
