Wesley Community Support Services

Community Support Services is a broad range of community and centre based programs for seniors and the disabled, spread from Sutherland up to Newcastle. It includes respite, social support, home modification and maintenance services, domestic assistance, information and referral, brokerage, services for the homeless, senior adult education services and a seniors day centre.

Community Support Services undertakes home modifications for elderly and disabled people and provides advice on appropriate renovations. Carelink Centres offer information about the range of disability and aged care services available in each local area.
