The continuing growth, diversification and complexity of the Mission requires we maintain high standards of business practice within a Christian culture.
We continue to develop these to ensure members and staff have ready access to relevant information; quality learning and education opportunities are provided to staff and volunteers; leading edge technology adds value to decision making and storage of relevant information to enable quality provision of care through programmes and activities; a strong financial position is maintained through prudent financial management; regular financial information is provided to stakeholders; a safe and healthy working environment is provided to members , staff, volunteers and clients; efficiency is an objective in all we do; risk is continuously assessed; and a clear understanding of and adherence to legal, regulatory and statutory obligations is maintained.
