Annual Reports come in many forms. With a new leader, this year we have taken the opportunity to not just present highlights from the year, but to lay down our future direction.
We conducted research on usage of our Annual Report and discovered that a large percentage of users preferred a concise version, opting for more detailed information to be reported online.
