Wesley Homeless Persons Services

Wesley Mission has served homeless people in Sydney since 1812.

True to Christian philosophy, resources are used on the basis of priority of need regardless of gender, race, colour or creed.

All persons are encouraged to reach their potential and to develop skills to enable them to live as independently as possible in the community.A variety of services are provided from immediate shelter and food, through to longer-term case management, based on Personal Futures Plans tailored to each individual’s needs. One of our services specialises in helping homeless people who suffer from addictiions to gain mastery over their addiction, paving the way to a return to independent living.

Staff develop caring relationships with clients as the foundation upon which all innovative, holistic, quality care and support is given to homeless people.
