Our staff and volunteers are the heart of Wesley Mission. They are carers, nurturers, and advocates for the vulnerable in our community.
Our work is highly rewarding; however it can also be emotionally demanding. It is a reality in the community sector that managing limited resources to cater for the needy as well as provide our hard-working staff the reward they deserve can be a fine balancing act. At Wesley Mission we know how important it is to care for the carers and we are always looking to enhance the experience of our staff and volunteers.
