Church Resources
Pray and request a prayer online now...
The Wesley Report, Keeping minds well: Mental health is everybody’s business, reveals the pervasiveness of mental health problems in NSW: 7 out of 10 people will at some point in their lives experience a mental health problem or know someone who has.
Through their vital work in pastoral care, churches and church communities will inevitably encounter people with mental health problems who need help. They can also play a key role in dispelling the myths around mental illness and in promoting awareness of its causes and need for early treatment.
Wesley Mission is grateful for the support and partnership of church communities and on this page are resources which they can use to help raise awareness of the urgent issues outlined in Keeping minds well.

Supporting Wesley Mission’s work through prayer
Wesley Mission can provide regular prayer points to support those church communities who want to support its work through prayer. Please contact Rosemary Cottrell, Executive Officer: Community Partnerships, on 02 9263 5569 or at rosemary.cottrell@wesleymission.org.au
Prayer requests is a new initiative from Wesley Mission online. In the same way that you may ask a friend, family member or pastor to pray for you, this service enables people to submit their prayers via an online form to be prayed over by a team at Wesley Mission. Submitted prayers are moderated and then appear on the same page so that users can also pray on behalf of others.
