Dialectical behaviour therapy training
The interpersonal effectiveness program is based on a dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) approach - a therapeutic approach developed specifically for people diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. The approach is also useful for people who struggle with self-harm and/or suicidal urges, difficulty maintaining effective relationships or who feel 'out of control' in managing their moods and emotions.
Wesley Hospital
Wesley Hospital runs day patient programs that address challenging behaviour such as borderline personality disorder.
