Wesley Self-exclusion and Counselling

Wesley Mission provides a quality, competitively priced, self-exclusion and counselling service for registered clubs and hotels. We offer services in Sydney City, Western Sydney, Sutherland, Central Coast, Newcastle and across New South Wales.

The law requires gaming machine venues such as registered clubs and hotels to provide a self-exclusion program and links with an approved counselling service.

Until now, clubs and hotels, especially those with only a few gaming machines, have struggled to find an affordable provider offering both self-exclusion and counselling services.

Wesley Mission has extensive experience in problem gambling counselling and has developed an effective self-exclusion service.

On completion of an external accreditation review in May 2011, Wesley Mission Gambling Counselling Services received a rating of “exceeded” from QMS for its Self-exclusion program as an excellent innovative program that Wesley Mission has in place that works with the wider community to achieve positive client outcomes.

By using Wesley Self-exclusion and Counselling your business will ensure that it meets the government’s requirements and offers genuine help to patrons.  We will provide you with the materials and training necessary to ensure that the service will work effectively.  Your organisation will save staff time and money.

A growing number of clubs and hotels are discovering the benefits of Wesley Self-exclusion and Counselling.  Services are available throughout N.S.W.
