H C Foreman specialises in providing quality high care services for residents, with a focus on dignity and privacy. Located in the Sutherland Shire, it is close to the Miranda train station, bus routes, and local shops.

When you need more frequent, individually tailored care, H C Foreman can give you and your family peace of mind.  Our dedicated staff provide full nursing coverage 24 hours a day to ensure you have the support you need whenever you need it.

H C Foreman will provide assistance and support with personal care including meal preparation, showering, dressing, laundry and taking medication. 

Residents have access to a range of services and facilities, including:

• An outdoor undercover activities area, a perfect place to meet with the family.
  
• Physiotherapy services and an annual visual assessment.
  
• Podiatrist, auditory assessments, dental technician and hairdressing services.
  
• Recreational activities including weekly bus outings

We have a variety of room sizes ranging from single to multi-bed rooms, with a total of 44 beds. Bring some of your photographs, paintings and little mementos for that extra personal touch.
