Since the 1970’s, Wesley Mission has had a long term commitment to providing quality care and services to the community. RJ Williams Lodge has been at the heart off Wesley’s family of community services, and the dedication and professionalism of our staff have been recognised by the broader community.
The facility is an older building, and requires substantial financial outlay to maintain it to the standard that Wesley Mission requires for its aged care facilities. After considerable analysis, Wesley Mission has determined that this expenditure is not wise stewardship of our resources and has made he difficult decision to close RJ Williams Lodge.
Our staff have worked very diligently over the past weeks to successfully relocate all of our residents into similar accommodation.
Wesley Mission is committed to the community in Glebe and look forward to re-developing this site into a new modern facility providing similar services.
