When you are no longer able to live safely at home, but still value your independence, Wesley Mission’s assisted living options provide you and your family with the peace of mind of knowing that help is always close at hand.
Care and convenience
Our teams of professional personal carers are on-call 24 hours a day to ensure you are comfortable and secure.
We give you assistance and support with personal care, medications and other activities of daily living.
Meals are provided, and we encourage everyone to take part in the many and varied activities on offer – movies on the big screen, carpet bowls, sing-a-longs, gentle exercise programs, current affairs, art and craft, shopping trips, gardening, picnics and outings.
We are committed to providing quality care – all our assisted living facilities are accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency for a period of three years.
Respite Services
Respite services are available at all of our Assisted Living homes. Respite care is a chance for you and your carer to take a break - whether it be for a few days or a few weeks - Wesley Mission is here to help.
Aged Care Assessment
To be eligible to reside in our Assisted Living homes, you will require an assessment by an Aged Care Assessment Team 
(ACAT). Your doctor or local hospital can refer you to an ACAT. Speak with our friendly staff today, or you can contact the Commonwealth Carelink Centre direct on 1800 052 222, for contact details of your local ACAT.
