Seniors Day Centre

The Seniors Day Centre is designed to provide a place where frail older people and those suffering from dementia, can maintain their social interaction in a friendly atmosphere.

If you enjoy meeting people and having fun, the Wesley Seniors Day Centre may be for you.  Activities are conducted by trained, friendly and co-operative staff, ready to help you make the most of your visit.

  • outings and day trips 
  • individual care 
  • personal care as necessary 
  • meals
  • help with eating if needed 
  • transport if required
  • communication with carers where appropriate.

What does the service provide?

Wesley Seniors Day Centre provides activities for frail older people. These activities are designed to develop, maintain and support social interaction and independence. They are conducted in a day centre setting, although we also offer group outings.

Whatever you choose, our trained staff are friendly and cooperative and ready to help you make the most of your visit. Their commitment to helping you maintain your independence includes respect for your privacy, dignity and freedom of choice.

Who is eligible?

This centre is open to all frail older people, and those with dementia. Wesley Seniors Day Centre is funded to provide services in the Wyong and Gosford Local Government Areas.

Any individual, agency or organisation may refer people to the service. A Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss eligibility.
