Low care
If you prefer to live at home but are struggling to manage day-to-day tasks, we may be able to provide the help you need.
Medium care
The Program is designed to assist frail older people to remain at home rather than moving to residential care by providing assistance in the home. Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) provide a package of care depending on the needs of the client.
High care
Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) is a program that provides clients with high-level care at home should they require more assistance than a Community Aged Care Package can provide.
Home Modifications and Maintenance Service
Sometimes a few relatively simple modifications can make your home a much easier place in which to live. Our friendly and approachable staff are happy to help you maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
