Program DescriptionThe Program is designed to assist frail older people to remain at home rather than moving to residential care by providing assistance in the home. Community Aged Care Packages (CACP"s) provide a package of care depending on the needs of the client.
CACP's operate a 24hours, 7days a week on-call system.
Cost: A weekly fee is negotiated with clients. As per the Aged Care Act, fees are capped at 17.5% of the aged care pension.
This program is funded by Commonwealth Government.

Responsible for oversight, leadership and day to day
Program Co-ordinator
Responsible for ensuring that the activities of the CACP program are operated effectively and efficient and a quality service is provided.
Administrative Assistant
Provides administration support.
Personal Carers
Administer Care to the clients receiving Community Aged Care Packages.
