Department of Health and Ageing (DHA)

Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC)
The Department brings together the Ageing & Disability Department with the Disability Services from the Department of Community Services and the Home Care Service of NSW.

The Department of Ageing, Disability & Home Care was created to enable better standards of care and support for older people, people with disabilities, and their carers, to live successfully in their communities.

Translating and Interpreting Service
The Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs provides translating and interpreting services for non-English speakers, and for English speakers needing to communicate with the Australian Community.

Alan Walker Village
Alan Walker Village is a resident-funded retirement community and welcomes people of all denominations. There are 207 modern units with one and two bedroom options.

Hoban House
Hoban House, situated in Pagewood, provides comfortable accommodation for up to 47 aged residents in a safe and friendly environment. It is close to transport, shops, bowling and gold clubs and other recreational facilities.

RJ Williams Lodge
RJ Williams Lodge provides comfortable low level, hostel accommodation for 82 aged persons.

HC Foreman Lodge
A 44 bed Aged Care Facility originally opened in 1971 and later purchased in 1974 by the then Central Methodist Mission, is situated in the Sutherland Shire, approx. 2 kilometres from Miranda railway station, with a bus route to the front door.

Vickery Lodge 
Vickery Lodge, a stand alone Low Care Facility for the frail aged, is situated on the beautiful grounds of Frank Vickery Village in Sylvania. There are 65 Permanent Rooms as well as 2 Respite rooms.

WG Taylor Village
W.G. Taylor Village is one of Wesley Mission's modern retirement Villages situated on the ocean front at Narrabeen -one of Sydney's northern beaches. There are 32 self-care units and 66 hostel places.
