Noreen Towers Centre, Ashcroft (located in the Liverpool local Government Area) provides transitional Accommodation for up to 14 families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness for up to 9 months with case managed support to address the barriers to independent sustained living. The accommodation is fully furnished, self-contained 3 bedroom units with extensive lawns and gardens, and children play equipment.

Family support workers will assist families to develop their life skills and access generic services.

Family support workers using a strengths-based, goals oriented, case management approach work with the families (and the children) to address the reason(s) for their homelessness (or the threat of homelessness), assist families to develop their independent living life skills, assistance to link in with generic community services, and supported playgroups to track and monitor the development of children in the program and to assist with parenting skills. Noreen Tower Community also have a trained family therapist to assist with families with their inter-family relationship and can link them to medical supports.
