Andrew Mitchell has been Director of Wesley Hospital since early 2008. He has training in Economics, Accounting, Information Systems and Theology, and has held Executive management positions in the Insurance and Merchant Banking sectors, with QBE Insurance and Bankers Trust Australia. Andrew has also had a pastoral ministry in an Anglican parish for over 10 years. |

Peter Knight is the Business Manager of our Wesley Mission Mental Health and Counselling Portfolio. He is a chartered accountant with experience in health service management (Guys Hospital London), venture capital and innovative management solutions. Peter has an active Christian faith and considerable experience in Christian ministry, especially Church planting. He has an MDiv (Hons) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago. |

David McMaster has held the position of Director of Clinical Services since 2005. He has 28 years nursing experience in both general medical and psychiatric settings. David is passionate about providing and maintaining a safe and harmonious environment that promotes effective clinical interventions. |

Drug and Alcohol, Program Director Ashfield Dr Oliver O'Connell BSc (Hons), MBBS (Hons), MM, FRANZCP, FAChAM
Dr Oliver O’Connell is the Director of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Service at Wesley Hospital Ashfield. Dr O’Connell is a medical doctor with a master of medicine and a degree in pharmacology. He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and a Fellow of the Australian Chapter of Addiction Medicine. Dr O’Connell has over ten years of leadership in the field of addiction and alcohol treatment most recently as the Regional Medical Director of Drug & Alcohol Services at Ramsay Health Care, Northside Greenwich and Wentworthville. |

Wesley Eating Disorders Centre, Director Dr Naresh Mondraty FRANZCP
Dr Mondraty is the Director of the Wesley Eating Disorders Centre. He trained extensively with Professor Peter Beumont at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Wesley Hospital Ashfield, and was Acting Director at the Northside Clinic’s Eating Disorder Unit. Dr Mondraty has published internationally in the field and his research into the physiological state of eating disorder patients has indicated the potential of new treatments to complement other programs of care. His research interests include neuro-imaging treatments in eating disorders which has been carried out in collaboration with the Neuro-psychiatric Institute at Prince of Wales Hospital. |

Wesley Eating Disorders Centre, Unit Manager Adrienne Alexander MN, Grad Dip Clin Teach
Adrienne Alexander has been the Unit Manager of the Wesley Eating Disorders Centre for five years. She is a mental health nurse who has over 12 years’ experience in the field of eating disorders, has extensive clinical and group therapy experience, and was one of the founding members of the Wesley Hospital Eating Disorder Day Program. Her special interests are nurse–patient therapeutic alliance in eating disorders and the education of nurses working in this area. |

Pumla Coleman is the Nursing Unit Manager of the General Program at Wesley Hospital Ashfield. She is a registered nurse with 15 years’ experience in Community Mental Health, a Masters in Health Science Nursing from Charles Sturt and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Jansen Newman Institute. Pumla has coordinated various community-based programs in Primary Health Care. |

Director of Clinical Services Kogarah Sarah Jequier BSc (Hons)
Sarah Jequier is the Director of Clinical Services at Wesley Hospital Kogarah. She previously spent 18 months as the Nurse Unit Manager for the hospital. Sarah has a long career in nursing, largely in the UK, and is a qualified General Nurse and Mental Health Nurse. She is passionate about bringing positive change and modernisation to the hospital. |

Drug and Alcohol, Program Director Kogarah Professor John Saunders BA (Hons), MB, BChir, MAMD, MRCP (UK), JCHMT, FRACP, FRCP, FAFPHM, FACLAM
Professor Saunders is a Professor and Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine and Medical Director of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Program at Wesley Hospital Kogarah. He qualified in pharmacology and medicine at the University of Cambridge (UK) and has specialist qualifications in internal medicine and addiction and public health medicine. He has more than 35 years of experience in the management of people with alcohol and drug disorders. He also has extensive academic and research credentials, being classified on his publication record in the top 0.5% of scientists in his field worldwide by the Institute of Scientific Information. He has worked for the World Health Organization for many years and was responsible for the development of the AUDIT questionnaire. He has been actively engaged in professional associations and government committees including the Australian National Council on Drugs and is a frequent speaker at professional and community forums. |

Nurse Unit Manager Kogarah Mary Breslin
Mary Breslin is Nurse Unit Manager at Wesley Hospital Kogarah, and has been in this position for one year. Prior to that she trained and worked in Ireland, emigrating to Australia in 1989. She has gained vast experience in various psychiatric settings and has worked at Wesley Hospital Kogarah since 1991. |

Clinical Nurse Specialist ECT Suite, Kogarah Amanda Delory
Amanda Delory is the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Electroconvulsive Therapy Co-ordinator at Wesley Hospital Kogarah. She has been in this position since mid 2009 prior to which she was a senior registered nurse at the hospital for three years. Amanda has enjoyed a diverse career in nursing and in business, specialising in Human Resource Management in the UK. Amanda is dedicated to striving for excellence in all aspects of nursing care. |
