Admission to Wesley Hospital Ashfield and Wesley Hospital Kogarah
Once you’ve made the decision to seek help, an admission can be arranged by your general practitioner or specialist. Admissions are available to patients with private health insurance or who can fund their treatment by other means.
We have been delivering high-quality mental health care to people in need for more than 60 years and have agreements with the Department of Veterans Affairs and all health insurance funds.
Full private health cover is available for all mental health conditions, even pre-existing conditions, once you have been a member of a fund for two months. Contact us or any health fund

Once admitted to hospital, each person's needs will be carefully assessed by our professional, experienced staff, in order to plan the most appropriate treatment program.
We endeavour to make each person's hospital stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Read our admissions checklist for information on the items that should be brought along to hospital.
