Lifeline - we're here for you!
Lifeline is here for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It doesn’t matter what has gone wrong in your life, how much pain you’re in, or how confused you are – our counsellors will listen and offer non-judgemental support and advice.
People call us when they are alone, afraid or feel that life is not worth living. They call, too, when they have relationship or financial stresses. Callers talk about their health problems, unemployment, past traumas or problems with alcohol, drugs or gambling.
For the cost of a local phone call, you can talk to a highly trained, compassionate counsellor at any time of the day or night. Please note, if calling from a mobile phone standard rates apply.
