Lifeline Sydney provides face-to-face counselling (personal counselling) for people dealing with life issues such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, loneliness and grief and loss.
All counsellors are professionally trained, hold a tertiary qualification and are members of a PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) registered member association or the APS (Australian Psychological Society).
Counselling is offered weekly for up to 10 consecutive weeks. Sometimes clients may need more specialised help in which case referrals can be made to other services.
Fees are based on a sliding scale according to income and capacity to pay. Concessions are offered to those receiving government assistance.

Generally appointments are scheduled between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday Some evening appointments are available.
