Counselling Services

Employment Assistance Program (EAP)

This program helps employers assist their staff by providing prompt access to free, confidential counselling services. We provide this service to a number of organisations, including West Leagues Club.

Any counselling, whether work-related or personal, is paid for by the employer. A staff member’s personal issues can affect their job performance or workplace behaviour, and have a negative effect on productivity, morale and customer service.

Wesley Counselling Services provides relevant care to prevent employees’ personal issues from becoming workplace problems.

Fee for Service (FFS)
