Nigel Lindsay
Operations Manager
Nigel Lindsay joined Wesley Dalmar as a youth worker in 1994 and has worked as a case manager and program manager before taking on the role of Operations Manager.
Nigel is dedicated to child focused best practice for children and young people in care and his personal experience in the field enables him to support and encourage Wesley Dalmar staff and carers in their provision of care.

Providing Care
Wesley Dalmar has over 150 foster care families providing care for 200 children and young people
