Sales and Guest Relations Coordinator
Full Time Position
Located in Arcadia, in North West Sydney, Vision Valley is seeking an experienced and trained event coordinator to work with Sales & Guest Relations team. Reporting to the Manager and working closely with our Hospitality, Accommodation, Valley Adventures and Horse Centre teams you will play a key role in all aspects of Sales & Guest Relations.
As a Sales & Guest Relations coordinator you will create opportunities, generate new business, facilitate site visits, liaise with incoming groups, coordinate their onsite experience and secure their follow-up booking.
This position requires a professional attitude, great customer service, well-embedded leadership skills, and the ability to handle logistical information and multiple demands.
This position is 40 hours per week, working Tuesday to Saturday.
Essential Criteria:

Exceptional customer service skills

Demonstrated experience in Sales & Guest Relations or a similar role

Outstanding communication skills
-
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders

Ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to take initiative & work alone

Excellent time management and organisational skills
-
Strong computer skills including intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-
A firm understanding of Work Health & Safety
-
Public speaking skills and experience
-
First Aid training (Senior or equivalent)

Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Desirable Criteria:
-
Qualifications in Business Administration, Event Management, or Hospitality

Experience working within a Church based context

Knowledge of event scheduling software e.g. Events Perfect
