Our rooms

Wesley Theatre   

Fully tiered theatres are difficult to find in Sydney, but the Wesley Theatre seats 875 in armchair comfort, with the tiered seating allowing a clear view from every seat in the house.

A large stage area provides enough space for all types of events with a 6m stage height allowing large screen projection.

A green room and change rooms are available for speakers and performers, as well as external viewing areas for guests and VIPs.

The theatre has custom designed audio, lighting, and visioning systems supported by our in house audio visual team.  

For smaller events with numbers below 600, a more intimate setting can be obtained by closing the drapes at the back of the theatre, to avoid the feel of a half empty venue, giving the impression of a full house.

The Lyceum   

The Lyceum is a versatile space that can be set up in a variety of ways. A 5m high atrium style ceiling and daylight globes provide a large, bright space just as suitable for AGMs and lectures, as it is for breakfasts and exhibitions. With a moveable raised stage area, adjustable lighting and complete AV support, the Lyceum is perfect for meetings and performances for up to 200 people. View room layouts. [622 KB PDF]

Smith Room   

The Smith room is a spacious room that can be set in a variety of ways including theatre style, classroom style or cabaret style. Located on the same level as the theatre, it is also the perfect room for exhibitions, lunches or to meet and greet before your event. It can be used in conjunction with the Green Room for a more spacious catering area. View room layouts. [2.4 MB PDF]

Green Room   

The Green room is perfect for those smaller meetings, but still suitable for presentations requiring projection and audio. It can be set in a variety of ways and can also be used as a breakout room for larger events or for catering. View room layouts. [2 MB PDF]

Pacific Room   

The Pacific Room is one of our smaller meeting rooms, and is great for training or more intimate meetings. It has the option of in-room catering so you needn’t be disturbed or distracted from your important business. View room layouts. [606 KB PDF]

Pendlebury Room   

The Pendlebury Room is a comfortable training room, suitable for U-shape, classroom or boardroom style. It has a large screen, ceiling mounted projector and adjustable lighting. View room layouts. [2.2 MB PDF]

Pollard Room   

The Pollard Room is a quiet boardroom or meeting room away from the hustle and bustle of your office. Business facilities, internet, fax, phone, audio conferencing are all available to keep you in touch with the outside world. View room layouts. [535 KBPDF]
