Wesley Vocational Institute is the Registered Training Organisation of Wesley Mission. We have over 110 courses on our scope mostly delivering community services training but we also provide training in business, IT, asset maintenance, and retailing. Our community services training courses centre around Aged Care and Community Services, we also deliver Drug and Alcohol, Youth and Children’s services.  We are a particularly well recognised provider of Aged Care in both Certificate III and Certificate IV and are now seeking to expand on this reputation for quality delivery of Community Services Training and look towards a wider health care portfolio in Nursing.

Health Assistants 

Given the high demand for health care and nursing training from our existing clients, other local health care providers and overseas we are now building upon our health services assistant qualification to include Certificate & Diploma in Nursing. 

We see this as a natural fit for our existing operation and in a very small way addresses some of the very large requirements for qualified training to the health sector.

A critical element of our application is the partnerships of existing health care operations to provide support and cooperation with our nursing training program.

These qualifications will provide for graduates to be employed in the various areas of the health industry sector and additionally will provide for a direct pathway into Enrolled Nursing and then Registered Nursing qualifications if participants wish to further their qualifications and advanced their health care careers
