Certificate II
This course has been designed as the standard entry level qualification for the retail industry. It is suitable for those wishing to develop the skills and knowledge to begin a career in the retail industry. You will learn about controlling stock and loss prevention, merchandising, selling products and services, customer service, product knowledge, point of sale systems, communication and team work. Career opportunities include a range of positions in retail sales, customer service and administration. Those who successfully complete the course will gain a nationally recognised Certificate II in Retail Operations.

Tourism
This course is designed to reflect the role of individuals who work in a tourism context, who will perform a range of mainly routine tasks and who work under direct supervision. This entry level qualification is flexible and broadly-based and is designed to meet a broad range of industry needs in Sales/Office operations, Guiding, Tour Operations, Attractions and Theme Parks, Wine Tourism, Meetings and Events. Those who successfully complete the course will gain a nationally recognised Certificate II in Tourism (Operations).

Hospitality
Certificate III and IV
Affirm your position and qualifications within the Hospitality Industry. This course provides participants who are currently working in the industry or have at least some Industry experience to gain accredited qualifications and recognition for their skills and experience. This training will assist participants in furthering their career within the Hospitality Industry.
Candidates will be able to polish their skills in Customer Service, Bar Service and Waiting, organisation and supervision.
With a flexible delivery based program theory and practical components can be delivered in the classroom or at the workplace. This might be excellent courses for those wanting to advance or increase their skills specifically to Supervisor level.
