The heart of our teaching at Wesley is the Sunday night experience - Praise, Prayer and Preaching. Starting at 6pm in Wesley Theatre, 220 Pitt Street.

We extend to everyone a warm welcome - light refreshments are served after worship.

Preaching the Gospel of Mark

When you read Mark’s gospel, there is an urgency within and it is written with directness. From the outset, we are told, ‘The time has come, the kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!’ (Mark 1:15). As we explore this gospel in our day, we ask what this kingdom has to say to the world in which we live and how the gospel of Jesus Christ can enable us to drop our nets and follow him as it did for some of the first disciples.
