Wesley Mission is Australia's largest Christian complex. It conducts 45 worship services weekly, an extensive Pastoral Ministry, ethnic ministries, 250 weekly fellowship groups and an extensive national television, radio, audio visual, print, and video ministry. It has an International television, internet and film ministry.

Wesley Mission conducts an extensive program of Christian compassion through: a community hospital, a hospice for the terminally ill, a community day care centre, rehabilitation centre, spinal unit for para and quadriplegics, a centre for people with Huntington's Chorea (Lottie Stewart Hospital), three retirement villages, six assisted care facilities (hostels), one high level care facility (nursing home), Home Care Services covering Western Sydney, Inner western Sydney and Sutherland Shire., thirty seven homes for the intellectually disabled, a homeless persons centre, sixty housing units for the homeless, an alcoholic rehabilitation centre in community houses and accommodation, community hostels for fifty two recovering drug abusing clients, Wesley Life Skills, Wesley LifeForce Suicide Prevention Program, Wesley Gambling Counselling Services, Wesley Home Maintenance and Modification Service, and a furniture manufacturing and pharmaceutical packing enterprise. The mid-city Wesley Centre, Wesley Hospital for mental illness services, Wandene Hospital, Carlingford Day Centre, eight children's homes, independent living programs, foster care services providing homes for hundreds of children, six family accommodation units and three breakaway cottages children's respite centres, Do Care domiciliary visitation, three Schools for Seniors, Wesley Mission Textile and Recycling Industries, nine clothing shops and a furniture shop, Cottee Orchard, Desert Park Farm, Pendleton Farm Retreat and Mangrove Mountain Retreat, Vision Valley; LifeLine, YouthLine, CreditLine and TRA Counselling Services, StreetSmart Youth Centre, Wesley Street Vans, Wesley Film Productions, Wesley Institute for Ministry & the Arts, 109 employment centres catering for thousands of unemployed people.
