Wandene Private Hospital is a 30 bed mental health facility located in Kogarah, an activity of Wesley Mission, part of the Uniting Church of (NSW). Wesley Mission has an excellent reputation in the private and public sector for providing quality care and maintaining ethical values whilst operating as a commercial activity.
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for leadership, direction and oversight of all hospital activities and must ensure that services operate effectively and efficiently to provide quality care.
The successful applicant will be a registered nurse with at least five years post graduate and two years administrative experience. Must possess good oral and written communication skills an ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team, computer literacy and hold a current NSW drivers license. An understanding of all relevant Acts and quality management systems in a hospital environment is essential.
Terms and conditions will be in accordance with the Private Hospitals Nurses (Named Employer & NSW NA) Enterprise Agreement 2006-2008. Salary packaging is also available.
