South Coast employment provider is a five-star national achiever

16 August 2010

Wesley Uniting Employment (WUE) has chalked up the highest possible rating in a recent national performance assessment by its funding body, the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

WUE’s Eurobodalla offices scored the top five-star rating, a feat achieved by less than five per cent of contracted Employment Services providers throughout Australia. This rating also places WUE as the highest ranked provider in the Eurobodalla.

“These achievements were only attained with the support of the South Coast community,” WUE Operations Manager Damon Munt said.

“These results are a tribute to the hard work and professionalism of our staff and the quality of relationships that exist between WUE and the people of the region.

“They also show that Wesley Uniting Employment is focussed on working with local businesses to meet their needs. It is an accomplishment in which staff and regional businesses can feel equally proud.”

WUE is a not-for-profit employment agency with offices in Batemans Bay, Moruya, Narooma and an outreach at Wallaga Lake.

WUE has been operating in the Eurobodalla for the past 10 years and during that time has assisted almost 3000 unemployed people into employment.
