Counselling Information Evening

17 October 2008

Do you want a career as a counsellor?  Or do you simply want skills to help troubled people in a non professional setting?  Wesley Institute has a course for you.

For over 15 years the Wesley Institute Graduate School of Counselling has been operating and delivering Academically Rigorous and Distinctly Christian courses.

To help you understand and gain knowledge of our courses at Wesley Institute, we will be holding a Counselling Information Evening.

Date: Friday 17th October
Time: 6.30pm-8.00pm
Venue: 5 Mary St, Drummoyne (parking available off Millar St)
Cost: FREE
RSVP: Booking is essential. Please call Shelley on (02) 9719 1924

The information evening will be an informal gathering where you have the opportunity to meet and hear from our Head of Counselling - Graham Barker, Faculty Staff including Rose Weir, Paula Davis, Cliff Powell and Jeff Rutter and current counselling students.

The courses offered in counsellor training at St Philips are part of the Wesley Institute Master of Counselling (2 years) with a nested Graduate Diploma.  All units are taught with a Biblical foundation. They can be taken full-time or part-time. FEE-HELP (a government loan) is available to Australian citizens.   The part-time course offered in counsellor training at St Philips will presently include all subjects in the Graduate Diploma.
