Highly awarded musicians, The Elana Stone Band won Best Jazz Artist at the MusicOz Awards 2004, The National Jazz Awards at the Wangaratta Jazz Festival in 2005, and were semi-finalists in the Montreaux Jazz Festival Vocal Competition.

They describe themselves as a group of friends whose collective talents draw on the rich traditions of soul, jazz and blues, bringing the emotive force of singer/songwriter Elana Stone to an array of classic styles. Multiple reviews and websites rave over their ‘oh-so-cool sound’ and Elana’s smoky smouldering voice, along with listing them in the ‘Top 10 Aussie Artists to Discover’.
