We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Carer Recruitment and Support Officer to join our dynamic Out-of-Home Care team in Coffs Harbour covering the NSW Mid North Coast.
About the role
Wesley Dalmar is an Out of Home Care (OOHC) agency that promotes the welfare and interests of children and their families, by providing safe, stable and suitable foster care placements for children and young people that best meets their day-to-day care and support needs.
To this end the main responsibility of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Wesley Dalmar Out of Home Service.

- demonstrated experience/ability in front office reception
- office administration (including computer) skills
- demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- professional telephone manner
- ability to relate empathetically to the needs of disadvantaged people and those operating in crisis
- good organisational skills
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- driver's licence.
- previous experience in the Out-Of-Home care field.
Remuneration is paid at SCHADS Award Level 3 Pay Point 1 and includes Wesley Mission employee benefits.
