Wesley Training - incorporating Wesley Vocational Institute, the Registered Training Organisation of Wesley Mission - has been successfully delivering accredited qualifications and short courses for over 15 years, with offices in Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong / ACT and strong partnerships interstate.
About the role
As a leading provider of Community Services training, Wesley Vocational Institute is seeking a motivated and energetic Training Administrator/Course Advisor to join our Sydney team.
This role has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, compliance and records management.
In addition to supporting the administrative duties of the office, regular liaison with students, trainers, employers and other agencies is required.

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service
- ability to work unsupervised
- reliable and punctual
- proficient computer skills in MS Office
- current NSW driver’s licence
- previous RTO experience
- VETtrak or similar database experience
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award 2010 Level 4.
