The Rev Dr Keith Garner talks about the difference between the types of tears we can cry. From fake tears to performance tears and, finally, tears of release and acceptance that allow us to make way for a new beginning. Tears are something we all shed, both men and women, and they should not be viewed as a sign of weakness.
