Wesley Disability Services – how we can help

Whatever your goals are, Wesley Mission will support you to achieve them. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we’ll work closely with you to create a NDIS plan that will connect you with supports to build your life skills, grow your confidence, support greater independence and strengthen your bonds with family and friends, so you can live the life you want.

We’ll support you to find a suitable home with in-home support and help you to apply for study, job or volunteering opportunities in your community. We’ll connect you with health professionals, community groups, sport clubs and support groups, so you can meet new people, connect with your local community, grow your passions and enjoy your social life. Together, we can make your plan a reality, so that you can live your life the way.
