Hi I’m Steve,
I’ve worked at Wesley Mission since 2015 and, in that time, I’ve had the opportunity to speak and work with so many amazing people who support the work of Wesley Mission through their giving and by volunteering.
I’m always inspired by what motivates our supporters and connects them to Wesley Mission. Everyone has a story to tell. And it’s these stories that bring us together in our shared vision to do all the good we can, now and for generations to come.
A little about me… I live with my wife, Rhonda, and our 3 children: Arabella, Elliott and Jenna. We all enjoy an active lifestyle, though for me the summer months are spend carrying out handyman work around our house and yard, in the winter months helping out at our local soccer club. We also enjoy holidaying together as a family.

Stavroula Dunkerley
Community Relations Officer

Hello, I’m Stavroula (or Stav for short),
I joined Wesley Mission in 2018 after a long career in corporate roles, and it’s so inspiring to work for something bigger than myself.
As part of the Gift in Wills team, I meet incredible people every day – people just like you who are passionate about making a difference. It motivates me to work harder and be better, because I see the impact it has on individuals and communities.
A little bit about me… I’m married to Richard and we have two sons. We all enjoy an active lifestyle, and you’ll often see us bushwalking, running, swimming, riding our bikes or walking our dogs together. One day, I’d love to buy a beach-shack and escape the city or campervan and travel all over Australia or both.
I look after the following area: Southern Sydney, Southern Highlands, ACT and VIC.

Krisztina Hatala
Community Relations Officer

Hello I’m Krisztina,
I joined Wesley Mission in July 2022 after a long career in the legal profession, and it’s so inspiring to work with soft hearted people and an organisation that truly makes a difference to people most in need.
As part of the Gift in Wills team, I meet incredible people every day – people who are kind, generous and passionate about making a difference. It motivates me to learn more about our supporters and hear their special stories and connection to Wesley Mission. It’s these stories that bring us together in our shared vision, to have an impact on those less fortunate now and for generations to come.
A little bit about me. I not only work with Wesley Mission, but I’ve also been a volunteer through the Aunties & Uncles Program mentoring a young girl, having developed a beautiful relationship with her over the years. I’m also an animal lover and enjoy spending time with my rescue fur babies – Blanco and Blanca who are my gorgeous, hearing impaired pussy cats. My other love is dancing, which has been food for my soul for many years. I’d love to hear your story one day too.
